Our most comprehensive “Women Mentorship Program” covers various challenges & opportunities for the growth and support of female employees. It covers 3 main areas essential to empower women at workplace:

Mentor Moms

The Mentor Moms program will deliver Targeted Coaching to new mothers by connecting them with another working mom (within or outside the organization) who has successfully juggled work and parenthood.
The Mentor Moms match would begin before the new mother’s maternity leave from the organization, would continue during her leave and end six months after she returns to work for a total time of twenty months.

Experienced working mothers will offer coaching to new mothers on topics such as:

  • Preparing for maternity leave
  • Adjusting to motherhood
  • Transitioning back to work
  • Returning from maternity leave

Full Circle

The Full Circle mentoring program is for women employees who are new in their careers.

It is a focused  6 months program on key areas such as:

  • General Issues
  • Attire
  • Diversity
  • Business Etiquettes
  • Difficult Conversations
  • Drive by Emails
  • Career Plans
  • Identifying Core Strengths & Building upon them
  • Time Management

Women In Leadership

Women in Leadership Program is for emerging leaders. It will advance women’s leadership skills through one to one mentorship, leadership development workshops, roundtables and networking.
